30-Day Returns + 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your order, so you're covered two ways.

30-day returns (unopened items). Unopened and in original condition — 30 days from delivery to request a refund. Email support@lashlush.shop to start. Return shipping is the customer's unless the item is defective or incorrect.

90-day satisfaction guarantee (opened items). Skincare is personal. Opened it and it's not right? Email within 90 days for a full refund — no need to ship it back. One guarantee refund per customer.

Sale items. Discounted and sale-priced items are covered by both, exactly like full-price items.

Damages/issues. Inspect on arrival, email us if anything's defective, damaged, or wrong.

Refunds post to original payment method within 10 business days.

EU 14-day cooling-off applies for EU shipments (unopened, original condition).
